C. Client Responsibilities

Respond in a timely manner when collaboration or approvals are required

Delays or failure to provide required information may impact timelines or results.

D. Payments and Fees

Fees for services will be agreed upon prior to engagement. Unless otherwise stated:

All payments are due as specified in your agreement or invoice

Fees are non-refundable once services have commenced

Late or failed payments may result in paused or terminated services

We reserve the right to update pricing at any time for future services.

E. No Guarantees

You acknowledge that business growth, marketing performance, and results depend on many factors outside of our control. Savi Growth makes no guarantees regarding outcomes, profits, leads, conversions, or business success.

Past performance does not guarantee future results.

F. Intellectual Property

All materials, strategies, documents, content, frameworks, and deliverables provided by Savi Growth remain our intellectual property unless otherwise stated in writing.

You may not:

Copy, distribute, or resell our materials

Share proprietary methods with third parties

Use our content outside the scope of the agreed engagement

G. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information shared during the course of the engagement, unless disclosure is required by law or consented to in writing.

H. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Savi Growth shall not be liable for:

Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages

Loss of revenue, data, profits, or business opportunities

Decisions made by you based on our advice or services

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid to us for services in the preceding 30 days.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Savi Growth from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

Violation of these Terms

Violation of any laws or third-party rights

J. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services at our discretion if:

Payment obligations are not met

We determine continued service is not viable or lawful

Termination does not relieve you of outstanding payment obligations.

We may use or recommend third-party tools, platforms, or services. We are not responsible for the performance, policies, or actions of third parties.

L. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
